Mayador Cider attended both Dubai and Japan fairs.
LA SIDRA.- On 9th March, Foodex, the largest food and drink fair in Asia held in Japan, closed its doors, and Mayador was present with several products: cider El Mayu and La Xana (also in its non-alcoholic version), cider vinegar and sangria cocktail Sansidra.
In the month of February their sparkling cider attended Chicago Cider Summit and, the same month they took part in Gulfood Fair in Dubai, the biggest fair on the food sector in the Middle East.
There, their deputy director Verisimo Busto Alonso met the Halal Institute representative, as Mayador owns the Halal certification, which guarantees their products follow the processes of the Islamic culture, among which there is the ban on alcoholic drinks.
The company also has the Kosher certification, which makes their products appropriate for those countries which follow the Jew law rules.
