Baldorba Naturel & Sagarraleku was created in Valdorba, a rural district in central Navarra. Its production is based in Olleta, in the municipality of Leoz/Leotz, and uses apples grown on the producer’s own land.
Its range includes several craft ciders, including premium and brut nature products, as well as natural apple juice. Organic production, local fruit and small-scale cider making are central to the project.
Baldorba returns to the International Hall of Gala Ciders, representing cider production in Navarra and the recovery of apple growing in a valuable rural landscape.
