Lagar de Valleseco, from Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Lagar de Valleseco joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing together cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures in Asturias.
The cidery makes certified-organic natural, semi-dry sparkling, carbonated and brut sparkling ciders, as well as cider vinegar. Its semi-dry and brut sparkling ciders won gold at SISGA 2023. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
