Cidrerie du Pilat, from France, is taking part in the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders, held in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Cidrerie du Pilat joins the international line-up of SISGA 2026, the gathering that brings cider makers and professionals from different cider-producing regions to Asturias. Its participation broadens the geographical and productive diversity of an event devoted to quality cider.
Founded in 2024 by Cédric Barlet, Samuel Guitton and Hugo Soubeyrand, the cidery works with apples from the Pilat Regional Natural Park and natural fermentation. The registration lists its participation as “Remote”. Its presence at SISGA will bring the producer’s work into the tastings, professional activities and public outreach included in the event schedule.
