Buzdovan Craft Cider, from Croatia, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Buzdovan Craft Cider joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Tomislav Veseljak and Dino Mehulić run one of Croatia’s pioneering craft cider brands, working with local apples—including heritage varieties—and fermentation methods informed by winemaking tradition. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
