Domaine de la Galotière, from Normandy, France, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Domaine de la Galotière joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
This family estate in the Pays d’Auge, acquired by the Olivier family in 1963, began converting to organic farming in 1997. It now manages 45 hectares of orchards with around fifty apple varieties and makes Pays d’Auge ciders, perry, Calvados, Pommeau and specialities such as Elixcidre. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
