Ferme du Vastel, from France, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Ferme du Vastel joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Christophe Bouvet founded Ferme du Vastel in 2007 in north-eastern Cotentin. This small Norman cider farm is organic and Biocohérence certified and describes its ciders as natural, with nothing added from tree to bottle; every cuvée carries its harvest year. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
