Site The Endovélico Celta Cider House in Porto and Portal da Sidra (portaldasidra.pt) participated in an event in the Portuguese Algarve where they presented Asturian cider, highlighting its recent UNESCO recognition
LA SIDRA.- Great lovers of cider in general and Asturian cider in particular, the Endovélicos (cider producers)—Mª José Valente and Xaime Barros—are not only official ambassadors of the International Gala Cider Show, but also act as such for Asturian cider in general, always working to promote it wherever possible.
In this case, it was an event in the Portuguese Algarve, and as can be seen in the photograph, in addition to the cider, they also carried a banner highlighting UNESCO’s recent international recognition of our cider culture.
