Cidrerie et Ruchers Sarthois joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing together cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures in Asturias.
At their Perche farm, Julien and Audrey work with some twenty old and local apple varieties. Their cider undergoes natural fermentation alongside a separate honey-making activity. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
