Maley brings its cider to SISGA 2026

Pumar d’altura del proyectu de sidre Maley

Maley, from Italy, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.

Maley joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.

Maley is a project led by Gianluca Telloli to recover historic orchards in the Aosta Valley and French Savoy. It uses heritage varieties such as Raventze, Barbelune and Rodzetta, with old trees above 1,500 metres; the cool climate supports slow fermentation and ciders of around 5% ABV. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
