Cidre de Misery, from Switzerland, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Cidre de Misery joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
This Fribourg cidery handcrafts five Swiss ciders from different orchards—brut, semi-dry or sweet—using traditional methods and no added sulphites. It also makes bespoke cider from customers’ apples, pears or quinces. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
