Sidra Camino joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Sidra Camino is an organic cider from A Estrada designed to be served in a wine glass rather than poured from height. It is a still, wine-like cider rooted in Galician apples and landscape. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
