Templar’s Choice, from Normandy, France, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Templar’s Choice joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
The producer makes cider and perry on a historic Normandy farm using fruit from traditional orchards. Its range includes dry, medium, late-harvest and brut vintage ciders, slowly fermented with natural sparkle. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
