This family producer on Brittany’s Emerald Coast makes organic farm products from its orchards: slow-fermented, naturally sparkling cider, perry, apple juice and fruit spirits. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
