Il Cascinetto, from Italy, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Il Cascinetto joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Il Cascinetto is a small family farm in Salvirola with an orchard, agritourism and its own production. It turns local apples into cider and connects the drink with a rural, farm-to-table experience and activities in the orchard. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
