Sidra Carral, from León, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Sidra Carral joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Sidra Carral is a family cidery in Santa María del Monte del Condado using apples from its own orchard. It makes natural cider, juice and vinegar in limited volumes, using varieties including Reineta and a two-stage fermentation process. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
