Sendero del Valle, from Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Sendero del Valle joins the international line-up of SISGA 2026, bringing together cider makers and professionals from very different cider cultures in Asturias. Its participation broadens the range of regions and production methods represented at the event.
Valleseco’s municipal cidery turns locally grown Reineta apples into its El Valle Secreto range, including natural cider without added sulphites and carbonated cider. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. The producer’s participation brings this work into the tastings, professional activities and public outreach included in the SISGA schedule.
