Azienda Agricola Docendo Discitur joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Provino Lale-Demoz’s farm combines agronomic and winemaking expertise with a family tradition of apple growing on the hills of Saint-Pierre. Its extra brut and extra dry Alma Ciders use Golden Delicious with a small proportion of Renette Canada, followed by bottle fermentation and twelve months of ageing. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
