Domaine de la Mare joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Domaine de la Mare is a family cidery in Sargé-lès-le-Mans, a few minutes from Le Mans. It handles apples, blending, fermentation and bottling at the estate; its range includes Le Pêchu, an organic single-variety Avrolles cider with natural sparkle. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
