Kuartango Sagardotegia, from the Basque Country, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Kuartango Sagardotegia joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Kuartango began operating in 2017 in the former Kuartango spa. It makes natural cider within the Basque Country PDO parameters, apple juice and vinegar, as well as innovative products such as Kuartango Su Sagardoa fire cider. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
