Cidre du Valais, from Switzerland, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Cidre du Valais joins the international line-up of SISGA 2026, bringing together cider makers and professionals from very different cider cultures in Asturias. Its participation broadens the range of regions and production methods represented at the event.
Thomas Nicollier makes artisanal cider in Fully from 100% Valais apples, without additives or sulphites. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. The producer’s participation brings this work into the tastings, professional activities and public outreach included in the SISGA schedule.
