Elysium Wina i Cydry joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing together cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures in Asturias.
Mateusz Hudyka grows vines and orchard fruit with an ecological approach and processes them in his own winery and cidery. The range includes wine, cider and perry. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
