Het Hamerstuk, from Netherlands, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Het Hamerstuk joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Aukje and Bernd founded the project in 2019. They work with untreated local fruit and Dutch, English and French cider apples; a second fermentation in bottle gives the cider its fine sparkle. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
