Cidérka, from Czechia, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Cidérka joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Cidérka handcrafts apple ciders such as Sojka in Brno. It selects a blend of sweet, bitter and acidic varieties, prepares and clarifies the juice, controls a slow fermentation and lets the cider mature for several months before bottling it by hand. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
