Sidra Fierro brings its cider to SISGA 2026

Sidra Fierro, from Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.

Sidra Fierro joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.

Fermentation takes place in presses housed inside a cave, and the producer also makes apple vinegar. Its registration is listed as “In person”.
