Sidra Riestra, from Asturias, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Sidra Riestra joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
Riestra was founded in 1906 and now has an approximate capacity of one million litres. Alongside traditional natural cider, it makes traditional-method sparkling ciders, Ribayu, ice cider and Guzmán Cider. Its registration is listed as “In person — Asturian producer”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
