La Cidrerie Marseillaise joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures together in Asturias.
La Cidrerie Marseillaise is an urban micro-cidery founded by Lauréline Saintemarie in central Marseille. It makes certified-organic natural ciders through slow fermentations with indigenous yeasts—four to eight months in tank and another three in bottle—and participates in a bottle-reuse scheme. Its registration is listed as “In person”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
