Xixón of Cider Awards

Last night took place in the Llagar de Castello awards ceremony of the tenth edition of Xixón de Sidre (Xixón of Cider).

LA SIDRA.- In this edition, a total participation of 45 cider bars and 43 cider mills, with 72 different brands of cider, divided between natural cider and Denomination of Origin. Next, the different original images are shown. Now we go with all the winners of this edition Congratulations!

  • As in the last edition the voting of the best part has been done in a different way:
    The jury of selection and the secret jury were voted and the 5 addresses with the highest score were selected, to make a final tasting. The tasting was held at the winning cider barin Gijón de Sidra 2017, Río Astur
    Being a blind tasting, with a single pourer, a single bottle for each group of jury in which the 5 cidermakers participated.
