Cidrerie Viard, from Normandy, France, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Cidrerie Viard joins the international line-up at SISGA 2026, bringing together cider makers and professionals from different cider cultures in Asturias.
Founded in 1932 three kilometres from Bayeux, it is one of Normandy’s oldest family cider houses. Its Bayeux craft cider is made from 100% pure juice, without colouring, and carries PGI status. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. Participation introduces this work through the tastings, professional activities and public outreach in the SISGA programme.
