Cydr Tradycyjny z Trzebnicy, from Poland, joins the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders in Gijón/Xixón, Asturias, from 24 to 27 September 2026.
Cydr Tradycyjny z Trzebnicy joins the international line-up of SISGA 2026, bringing together cider makers and professionals from very different cider cultures in Asturias. Its participation broadens the range of regions and production methods represented at the event.
The Lower Silesian producer makes its traditional cider from a blend of apple varieties and uses a historic press dating from 1947. Its registration is listed as “Remote”. The producer’s participation brings this work into the tastings, professional activities and public outreach included in the SISGA schedule.
