From the Department of Training and Employment will be organized again a cider pouring course aimed primarily at unemployed people and also registered in the Council.
LA SIDRA.- The course, which will be free and will take place at the Llagar de Sorribes, will start on Wednesday, April 25, ending on May 18, with a total duration of 24 hours.
In addition to teaching the pouring technique, theoretical classes on the proper treatment of cider and its elaboration will be taught. A diploma will be given to the people who perform at least 75% of the total hours of the course.
To participate in the course, interested people must submit the application in the General Register of the City from April 7th to 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The vacancies are limited and will be assigned by strict order of entry in the Registry.
Anzu Fernández is the International Delegate of LA SIDRA and the Asturies XXI Foundation, apart of coordinator of the translations.
He is the ambassador of the Asturian cider at the main international cider fairs, and manager of the international delegations of the International Hall of Gala Ciders (IHGC).
