David Castañón, from “Les Fartures”, releases a book

At the beginning of May took place in the bar El Cabañón de Avilés, one of the most anticipated presentations in terms of gastronomic publications refers to: Les Fartures, by David Castañón. In Asturian and Spanish version, an illustrated guide with pictures that, in words of the author, “tries to give a vision of the Asturian cuisine through its restaurants, cider mills, cider bars and houses of meals”. It illustrates Asturian cuisine very well through the restaurants chosen by him.
