Cider mills from Siero again join forces to celebrate the II Cider Party of the council.
LA SIDRA.- This Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12, 2019, the II Edition of ‘Espalma la sidra’ will be held in the Plaza de La Pola, which once again points out a clear objective: to give value to our product. The schedules in this edition will be Saturday from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm and from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am in the early morning and Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00 pm.
During two days will be sold liters and liters of cider, which will be poured on both table and bar by professional bartenders waiters. Several of the cider mills from Siero will participate in this edition: Sidra Arbesú, Casería San Juan del Obispo, Sidra Fanjul, Sidra Fran, Sidra Fonciello, Llagar La Morena, Sidra Muñiz, Sidra Quelo and Sidra Viuda de Palacio.
Each one of the cider mills will run and manage its own stand, offering its product in the best way, in its exact point of cold and with an outstanding pouring. There will be two days in which you can enjoy the best cider in the council accompanied by traditional Asturian cuisine from the hand of two local restaurants of La Pola: Restaurante Karting Pola and Restaurante Abrelatas.
Enlivening the two days of celebration we will have ‘Los Gascones’ during the Saturday and Sunday vermouth sessions that will play versions with bagpipe and drum of well-known songs. On the other hand, during Saturday night will give way to a festival entertained by the group ‘The Busters’ and the DJ ‘David Alonso’.
