Hake with cider in the 1st Gastronomic Days Ruta Vía de La Plata

It is an interschool initiative in which the CIFP Hospitality and Tourism of Asturies in Xixón, the IES Valle de Aller and the CIFP of Zamora.

LA SIDRA.- The Vía de la Plata is one of the best-known and most striking itineraries of the State for its history, natural beauty and monumental heritage. In addition to knowing all its corners in depth through its architectural gems or emblematic buildings, the Ruta de la Plata Route offers the traveler many other resources to discover it in all its splendor.

• Appetizer with Zamorano cheese base (DOP)

• Chickpeas from Fuentesaúco (PGI) with boletus

• Fabada Asturiana (IGP Faba Asturiana)

• Lamb stewed with patatinas.
