Ice Cider Sommelier Workshop

The Cider Sommelier School is organizing a workshop on Ice and Fire Cider Making and Tasting next Wednesday, September 24th, at the CIFP de Hostelería y Turismo in Xixón.

CIDER.- The workshop has 15 vacancies  only—on a first-come, first-served basis—and costs €50, which includes a tour and cider tasting at the JR cider mill. The schedule is as follows:

or 5:00 p.m. Ice Cider Production. Alfonso Castañón (Cidermaker at Llagar Castañón).

or Tasting of homemade ice cider from the Sierense Club of Friends of the Apple -CSAM-

or 6:00 p.m. Ice Cider Tasting. Juan Luis García (Professor at the CIFP Hostelería y Turismu de Xixón).

Or 7:00 p.m. Ice Cider Cocktails by Benedicta Zurro (Professor at CIFP Hospitality and Tourism of Xixón).

  • Cocktail tasting with ‘Viesk’ ice cider from Llagar Panizales.

Or 8:00 p.m. Visit and cider tasting at Llagar JR, including a cider-pouring workshop.
