The Association of Cenera will fail tomorrow the section of Gastronomy in which the Asturian drink competes
LA SIDRA.- The Cultural Association Serondaya, convenes the VII Edition of the Serondaya Awards for Cultural Innovation in its sections of Arts, Letters, Human Culture Sciences and Gastronomy. Well, in this last category, Asturian Cider is nominated along with other proposals such as Embutidos El Cuco, Astursabor, Ordum Beer, Bienastur, Neoalgae, Natural Machines or the cooks Nacho Manzano, and Francisco Heras. The meeting of the Gastronomy jury will take place tomorrow, November 14, at the Cenera ring at 2:30 p.m.
The awards ceremony will be held on December 8 at the Auditorium of the House of Culture of Mieres del Camín. “One more year, the association goes to the meeting with culture and innovation with a new call for these awards that are already a reference in the world of culture, not only in Asturies, but throughout the country. So far, in the six previous editions, twenty-four prizes have been awarded, six in each of the four sections.
