An unfiltered or pasteurized product, which makes it totally natural and suitable even for people with celiac disease.
THE CIDER.- Due to the refusal of filtering and pasteurizing processes, it is possible to naturally keep the enzymes formed during the fermentation process intact, which are responsible for the curative properties of this 100% organic vinegar, being valid for treatments of the acne, cholesterol or blood pressure, among other properties.
