Steak days in Cabañón

LA SIDRA.- The cider bar Cabañón, located in Naves de Llanes is undoubtedly a benchmark of Asturian gastronomy. That is why the steak days are a success, whose XVII edition will be held next July 6, 7 and 8. All an event that, as its owner for almost three decades Jacinto Vela says, has a “great reception among customers.” Hence, for more than five years “we have gone from celebrating one day a year to doing two”.

Those diners who want to try their steaks on the oak wood grill and, for one reason or another, they do not fit the dates well, will have a second chance to taste them on 19, 20 and 21 October. Parallel to the cider bar, the facilities also have a soda which they make cider Cabañon, a drink of quite good quality to offer in a restaurant and also distribute it to other hotel businesses throughout Asturies.
