THE CIDER.- The Sidrastur Collecting Group will open on March 11 the exhibition: ‘The role of cider’, which will feature 25 showcases of which seven will be dedicated to the Xixón Natural Cider Festival, with labels, posters and cards; and the rest with champagne labels from Xixón and other Asturian towns. In addition, in another one of those exhibitors, publicity of said group will be installed. All this has been compiled and collected, mainly, by three members belonging to the association.
“As defined by a member of our group, we are the guardians of ‘La Sidra de Papel’, which we also understand must be part of the Asturian Cider Culture. Perhaps for that reason we have been officially appointed as Ambassadors of the Asturian Cider Culture’ says the president of the group, Raúl Moro.
