LA SIDRA.- One score stands out at the SISGA 2026 awards: Craftvol’s 98.5 points. Made by Germany’s Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, this Premium award winner in the cider spirit category achieved the highest score recorded in the reviewed list, just one and a half points short of 100.

The next two scores belong to Italy’s Maley. Poire Jorasses scored 94.6 points in the semi-dry perry category, while Lo Cristallier reached 94 in cider liqueurs. Both received Premium awards, placing the Italian producer second and third in this numerical ranking.

Across the still and sparkling cider categories, the highest recorded score belongs to Norway’s SLOR, from Instanes Gard AS: 92.5 points and a Premium award for flavoured sparkling cider with added carbonation. This puts it fourth among all the available scores.

Exner Craft Cider, from Gallinal Drinks, earned 91.5 points and the Premium award for semi-dry sparkling cider with added carbonation. It has the highest score of any Asturian product in the reviewed document and ranks second across the still and sparkling cider categories. The result for Exner draws attention to the project associated with Finca El Gallinal and its work with Asturian cider apples.

Next comes Opilý jabko, from Apploader SRO in Czechia, with 91.2 points and a Premium award for sweet naturally sparkling cider. It is followed by Japan’s Three peaks dry, from THREE PEAKS, with 91 points and Gold in the dry still cider category.

Two products share the final places in the 90-point group: Sweden’s Bee Royal, from Bäckalunda Gård, and Japan’s Numaya apple sweet, from Fukiware Cidrerie, with 90 points each. Both received Gold, the former for semi-dry sparkling cider with added carbonation and the latter for sweet naturally sparkling cider. The presence of two Japanese producers among these high scores underlines the interest in a cider culture also celebrated through SISGAJapan.
