7–8 November 2026 in the cafeteria of the Príncipe Felipe Auditorium, Uviéu. Organised by COPAE. Activities start at 11:30 on both days.

Saturday 7: weekly meal-planning workshop with Susana Sánchez (11:30), Asturian cheese-board workshop with David Fernández-Prada Rodríguez (12:30), and organic food tasting (13:30).

Sunday 8: talk and tasting on food and health with Beatriz Rodríguez Mariño and Sonia Oceansky (11:30), a two-recipe cooking demonstration with Ysabel Iglesias (12:30), and organic food tasting (13:30).

The activities requiring advance registration are fully booked. The 13:30 tastings offer free entry until capacity is reached.
