LA SIDRA.- With the same philosophy, but adapting to the sanitary measures required by the Covid-19 pandemic, the X SISGA will hold a Gala Brunch, for which different gastronomic proposals will be presented to harmonize with the winning ciders, while the award-winning ciders of the SISGA’20 Contest are announced and the corresponding prizes will be awarded, all with open online broadcast, and with live connections with the llagareros who cannot attend the event.
In-person participation in the Gala Brunch will be limited in terms of the number of participants, there will be groups of six people per table and the tables will be 2 meters apart, scrupulously attending to the rest of the stipulated sanitary measures. It will have a cost of € 35 per person, and to sign up for it it will be necessary to contact the organization at fasturies21@gmail.com following a rigorous order of registration until full capacity is reached.
The gastronomic proposal will go hand in hand with the El Duque Restaurant, a guarantee of good work, the quality of the product presented and the gastronomic proposals adapted to cider, as it has its own restaurant. It is a highly prestigious restaurant that has, among other distinctions, the Gold Plate Award for National Gastronomy 2016.
