Preparing the international presentation of SISGA’25

It’s been just over a month since the 14th International Gala Sidres Fair ended, and steps are already being taken for the international presentation of SISGA’25

 LA SIDRA.- Ireland, Japan, Italy, France, Czechia… SISGA has begun to prepare the international presentation of what will be its fifteenth edition, and for this it is counting on the invaluable collaboration of its ambassadors, who beyond what might seem like an honorary title, they take on their responsibilities with enthusiasm.

 These presentations are held in emblematic places of the host cities, and, apart from the media, the country’s wine makers, winemakers and restaurant professionals are invited, so that they can learn first-hand about the original philosophy of the event. and its main characteristics.

During the presentation, there is a guided tasting of ciders that have obtained the ‘Premium’ distinction at SISGA’24 and, of course, of the host ciders that participated in previous editions of the event.

These are dynamic and participatory presentations, which allow not only to publicize the SISGA, but also to establish communication channels between the different protagonists of the cider world, while promoting an important exchange of information and opinions on the situation of the cider industry. world of cider in different countries, and development prospects in the short and medium term.

Likewise, and within what constitutes the essence of SISGA, these presentations are used to set up meetings with local/regional institutional representatives, in order to make them aware of the European Network of Cider and Apple Cities, and to assess the interest and possibilities to join this interesting project that has cider and apple as a connecting link.
