1st Meeting of Journalists and Specialized Bloggers

It will be celebrated within the program of the VII International Hall of Gala Ciders and will be presided over by the journalist graduated in Gastronomic and Nutritional Journalism, Estíbaliz Urquiola.

LA SIDRA.- The dynamic of the International Hall of Gala Ciders (SISGA / IHGC) has taken us beyond, complementing it year after year. Since in previous editions there was a growing interest on the part of specialized media in knowing more about the cider world and the gastronomy linked to it, this year the Asturies XXI Foundation and the LA SIDRA magazine organize for the first time this First Meeting of Journalists and Specialized Bloggers. We understand that jurnalists are the ones in charge of spreading the cider culture, both information and new trends, which has always been a prioritty among the IHGC’s objectives.

The meeting will be presided over by Estíbaliz Urquiola, a journalist who graduated as an Expert in Gastronomic and Nutritional Journalism, and a journalist from LA SIDRA, will have a cost of € 50, and the program is as follows:

Saturday, 30th September.

11:30 a.m. Receipt of participants and delivery of documentation
12:00 h. Free attendance at the Open Tasting Day
3:30 p.m. Visit and guided tasting with personal interviews with producers
5:30 p.m. Free attendance at the Open Tasting Day
9:00 p.m. Espicha of confraternity  with the set of participants in the VII SISGA

Sunday 1st October

10:30 Participation in the Sommeliers Day.
13:00 Debate on diffusion and promotion of cider in the contemporary gastronomic scenario.
14:00 Preparation of consensual document
14:30 Delivery of diplomas

The journalists attending can join the Gala Dinner of Friday 29th of September with a reduced cost of 70€ instead of the regular 85. Those interested will have to make the deposit before the 22nd of September.
