Tomorrow Tuesday there will be the Press Conference to presentate the V International Hall of Gala Ciders.
THE CIDER.- The Press Conference will be held in Xixón at Casa La Palmera (Cabrales 82) at 12:15 and on it will participate: Teresa Sánchez (Divertia), Marcos Abel Fernández. (President of the Asturies XXI Foundation, organization of the event), María and Pedro Baldó, (El Duque Restaurant, serving the Gala Dinner), Manuel G. Busto. (President of the SISGA’15 Jury).
The fifth edition of the Inernational Hall of Gala Ciders has three different days:
Friday 30th.
SISGA’15 Awards. The international jury will meet at Castañón Cider Mill.
Gala Dinner. Pairing of cider with high gastronomy at El Duque Restaurant.

Saturday31st.
At the Cultural Center Former Institute, Day of Open Tasting for the public of the different European ciders of the V SISGA. Guided tastings by experts and presentation of products.
Monday 2nd
Sommelier Day. Professional day to take place at Bernueces Cider Mill, where these professionals of the sector will make a comparative tasting of the ciders awarded in the SISGA’15 Awards.
Apart of these activities the V SISGA has some interesting novelties compared to previous editions, to be released during the Press Conference.
